Actually, the concepts that "housing is a necessity" and "for thousands of years, we have valued houses the most" or "getting married means you must buy a house" have been promoted and ingrained over the past twenty years. They are not traditional cultural heritage from our ancestors. However, most people cannot resist the influence of the surrounding environment, which has already been forcibly implanted with this idea. So, if you are in your twenties or thirties and don't own a house, you are considered inferior, and everyone is pushed to follow this path.



"Consensus" can be shaped subtly by a tangible hand behind the scenes, gradually infiltrating your subconscious, and then even the "leeks" (retail investors) will believe that they truly think this way and have this demand. So, is this kind of consensus really spontaneously formed at the grassroots level?
