Gelonghui February 24 | Fenglong Co., Ltd. announced that on February 24, 2026, the company received a letter from Shenzhen Ubtech Robotics Co., Ltd. regarding the progress of the tender offer for Zhejiang Fenglong Electric Co., Ltd. As of the date of this letter, there have been no changes to the proposed tender offer plan. Ubtech and relevant parties are actively advancing various tasks, but it is not possible to disclose the full tender offer report within 60 days from the date of the “Summary of the Tender Offer Report.” Ubtech will publish the full tender offer report in accordance with relevant laws and regulations when the conditions for the offer are met. Until then, Ubtech will inform Fenglong Co., Ltd. of the progress of this transaction every 30 days until the tender offer report is announced.
