CSI International (00943.HK) : Expected mid-term net loss of HKD 13.5 million to HKD 14.5 million

Gelonghui, February 24 — China Securities International (00943.HK) announced that, based on the group’s latest unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ending December 31, 2025 (“2025/26 first half year”) and current available board information, the group expects to record a loss attributable to owners of the company’s continuing operations between HKD 13.5 million and HKD 14.5 million, compared to approximately HKD 36.9 million for the six months ending December 31, 2024 (“2024/25 first half year”).
