The study, published on the 18th, indicates that from the outbreak of a new round of Israeli-Palestinian conflict in October 2023 to early January 2025, approximately 75,200 people in Gaza died from violent clashes, accounting for 3.4% of Gaza’s total population. Women, children, and the elderly made up about 56.2% of the total deaths, which roughly aligns with data released by Gaza’s health authorities.
