Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Science and Technology Department of Vientiane Province, Laos, sign a Memorandum of Understanding

The Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Lao Phongsaly Province Department of Science and Technology and Communication signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Haikou to strengthen economic and trade cooperation. According to the MOU, both sides will further deepen digital cooperation and exchanges in areas such as economy, society, management, and agriculture based on principles of friendly relations and mutual benefit, enhancing the digital development level of both provinces; expand the scale of trade in advantageous products and services with high market demand; strengthen cooperation between high-tech and environmentally friendly enterprises with high credibility in logistics, e-commerce, agricultural product processing, and talent development, promoting the sustained and stable development of economic and trade relations.
