A hospital in southern Sudan was attacked by a drone, resulting in 22 deaths.

On February 5th local time, the Sudanese civil organization “Sudan Doctors Network” issued a statement stating that a hospital in Kuweik City, South Kordofan State, southern Sudan, was attacked by a drone that day, resulting in the deaths of 22 civilians including 4 medical personnel, and injuring 8 others. The statement accused the Rapid Support Forces of launching the attack and noted that this armed group has recently targeted medical and health facilities multiple times, openly violating international humanitarian law, which has further worsened the humanitarian crisis in the area. The Rapid Support Forces have not responded to the statement. (CCTV News)
