The company’s Fifth Board of Directors’ Fourteenth Meeting approved the relevant proposal, which still needs to be submitted for shareholder approval. The reason for the name change is that the current name’s inclusion of “Fire Safety” no longer fully and accurately reflects the company’s current business layout and future development direction, aiming to more objectively represent the company’s strategic positioning in intelligent control and technological innovation.
