Recently, the on-chain AI creation event organized by Camp Network, an autonomous IP Layer 1 blockchain in collaboration with MERV, StoryChain, and Rob Feldman, has attracted a large number of users.
According to Camp Network’s official Twitter data, within just a few days of launch, the event has engaged over 50,000 users and generated 125,000 secondary IP creations.
Camp Network can be considered one of the community’s most关注的 interactive projects recently. In May this year, Camp Network launched the K2 testnet and simultaneously started the “Summit Series” event, where users explore ecological dApps through on-chain tasks to earn points. This on-chain AI creation activity is also part of the “Summit Series” on the testnet.
This article will briefly overview Camp Network and provide a tutorial for the on-chain AI creation interaction.
Under the AI Wave, Building a Dedicated Autonomous IP Layer1
With the rapid development of AI, IP management issues faced by creators are becoming more severe. Many models use content without authorization for training, causing creators to lose control, visibility, and revenue from their intellectual property (IP).
In high-frequency AI content generation scenarios, traditional IP management methods are no longer suitable, and issues such as opaque ownership, rampant piracy, and licensing disputes are more prominent.
As AI agents gradually replace traditional information processing methods, user-owned IP and fine-tuned vertical AI agents based on it become the core of value. However, the market lacks solutions specifically designed for integrating IP with AI, failing to meet creators’ rights protection needs in the digital economy.
Camp Network targets this market gap by creating a Layer1 focused on autonomous IP and supporting AI agents with user identities.
According to the Camp Network white paper, its core features include:
Supporting IP tokenization: Anyone can put music, images, videos, personal data, and other IP on the blockchain for AI training and earn revenue.
Gas-free registration and royalties: On-chain IP and royalty splits are gas-free, low-cost, and efficient.
Isolated execution environment: Dedicated environments for AI agents and automatic licensing, flexible and efficient.
Support for dedicated application chains: Developers can launch independent chains with exclusive block space and computing power, suitable for high-performance needs.
Camp Network states that in the coming months, with the mainnet launch, dozens of new applications will be released across music, entertainment, social media, and other fields. Currently, its ecosystem partners serve over 5 million users.
