TBEA announced that recently, Xinjiang Tianchi Energy Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, participated in the bidding for the general exploration rights of the Kumusu No. 5 well field in the Santang Lake mining area of Balikun Kazakh Autonomous County, Xinjiang. On February 5, 2026, the Xinjiang Public Resources Trading Center issued the “2025 Announcement on the Listing and Transfer Results of the Census Prospecting Rights of Kumusu No. 5 Wellfield in Santanghu Mining Area, Balikun Kazakh Autonomous County, Xinjiang”, determining Tianchi Energy Company as the bidder for the census prospecting rights.
