I found that foreigners are both stupid and unreasonable. This is based on my experience dealing with foreigners over the past few years.

Then, among foreigners, those from third-world countries tend to have even lower quality, but that doesn't mean that the "noble Europeans and Americans" are of high quality; there are also many very low-quality idiots among them.
Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese have left me with the best impression.
