I feel like marriage is more about social needs.

Today, a high school classmate messaged me saying we should get together tomorrow. Luckily, I’m not back home; everyone is married with kids now, so most likely they’ll be talking about their partners and children. Those who aren’t married seem like outliers.
I probably won’t attend these kinds of gatherings in the future. I used to think about immigrating because I felt that foreign countries are more accepting of single people.
Also, I haven’t been in touch with high school classmates for over ten years. Honestly, I feel closer to online friends 😂. I’d rather meet online friends.
I think it’s pretty awkward to meet up with unfamiliar high school classmates...
Do you all think I’m overthinking? Or am I just too weird?? 😆
