February 28th Bitcoin Market Analysis
After a sharp decline, major timeframes are now consolidating. Currently, on the 1-hour chart, I’m looking for entry points and trading ideas, focusing on the 2-hour chart. Breakouts in either direction are to be acted upon accordingly. The bullish outlook remains as long as the 4-hour midline stays stable.
Key Levels: 70,000; 71,700; 72,500; 73,600; 74,500; 75,200; 76,500; 77,300; 78,300; 79,000; 80,000
Bullish Outlook:
a. The 4-hour chart must stay above the line; 2-3 hour charts should trend upward. Breakout points: ( 71,500. The 3-hour chart should continue to open upward, targeting 72,500.
b. For a strong rally, prices must re-establish above 77,000, 80,000, and 83,500.
c. A bullish breakout requires breaking through the following levels:
- Breakout 1: 70,000 — possible targets: 71,300; 71,700; 72,000; 72,500
- Breakout 2: 72,500 — on the 3-hour upper band, targets: 73,200; 74,500; 75,200/75,800
- Breakout 3: 75,200 — possible targets: 76,500; 77,000; 78,800
- Breakout 4: 80,000 — possible targets: 80,500; 81,300/81,500; 82,500
- Breakout 5: To be determined based on market conditions
Key Levels: 68,700; 68,000; 67,600; 65,500; 64,500; 63,500/63,000; 62,500; 60,000
Bearish Outlook:
a. Watch the 2-hour lower band; a break below 67,600 should be followed by a quick move to 67,600, which is a strong support.
b. On smaller timeframes, a shift back to a bearish stance requires breaking below the 15-minute 256 moving average.
c. On 3-4 hour charts, a break below the midline indicates a bearish trend.
d. Keep an eye on the 4-6 hour lower band to prevent a second opening.
Breakdown Levels:
- Break below 67,500 — possible targets: 67,000; 65,500; 65,000
- Break below 65,000 — targets: 64,500; 63,500
- Further support at 63,000, with the 4-6 hour lower band
- Break below 63,000 — targets: 62,500; 62,000; 61,500
- If breaking below 60,000, target 55,000; 54,500; 53,500; 52,500; 51,500; 50,500
Support and resistance levels are interchangeable at any time. Use breakout and breakdown signals for light trading. If unsure, follow the daily live streams for short-term and long-term trading ideas.
