Just 3 days of persistence, and Trump ended up shooting himself in the foot.
His tough stance of “not stopping until Greenland is taken”,
was directly turned into TACO after three days. 🌮
Although market panic has been alleviated,
this face-slapping was too quick—snap, snap.
I admit, I expected him to TACO,
but I didn’t expect it so soon.
As the US stock market drops,
Trump immediately starts looking for a way out.
🎭 The farce is over, and the market returns to the main track.
Next, only two things are truly important:
1️⃣ The legality of IEEPA tariffs
2️⃣ The Federal Reserve’s monetary policy direction
But the problem is:
Up to today,
Trump has not even announced a candidate for Federal Reserve Chair.
Last year he said “it’s already decided,”
but this year he’s started again with “still considering.”
Contradictory as always.
🇯🇵 Additionally, let’s talk about the Bank of Japan.
Many people have been worried these days:
Will they continue to raise interest rates, impacting risk assets?
Indeed, Japan’s long-term interest rates have recently been rising,
but overall:
👉 The probability of a rate hike in January is low
👉 The likelihood of maintaining hawkish rhetoric is higher
Looking at the longer term,
Japan’s interest rate in 2026 is very likely to be at 1% or above,
but right now, it’s not time to panic yet.
📊 Back to Bitcoin.
With Greenland tariffs temporarily out of the picture,
market variables have significantly decreased.
Since Wednesday, turnover rate has been declining,
indicating that, in the absence of new negative news,
capital sentiment is cooling down.
Half of this week has already passed,
and the next two days are more like technical corrections.
As long as Trump doesn’t cause more trouble,
it’s likely to be a sideways consolidation.
🧠 My personal strategy is also very simple:
#BTC The chip structure remains healthy,
so I decided to buy a bit of Bitcoin,
hoping for a short-term opportunity.
No clear target price,
just hold and observe.
But I must say:
👉 The current bottom formation is not solid enough,
it still needs time for validation.
In one sentence:
The show is over,
but the bottom has not been fully formed yet.
