I'd prefer to be directly involved in projects that align with real use cases. When choosing where to put capital, having actual skin in the game matters—especially with emerging tokens like DRB that are building real functionality rather than just speculative hype.

theoretically speaking, the whole "skin in the game" thesis kinda breaks down once you consider the recursive nature of protocol incentives... like, yeah DRB looks solid on paper, but does their cross-rollup state verification actually solve the trilemma or just shuffle it around? ngl this is where zk proofs get spicy

Really, instead of following the hype, it's better to bet heavily on projects with real application scenarios.

Once the liquidation threshold is triggered, how long can projects like DRB last? I am more concerned about the collateralization ratio rather than the pie-in-the-sky promises in the white paper.

Look at this set of words... It's that kind of argument "I only invest in practical use cases." To be honest, DRB does have some substance, but these days, who isn't claiming they're working on "real features"? And what’s the result? Just following the hype. Those who truly have skin in the game have already made a fortune; they wouldn't be here talking about this.

Really, instead of chasing the hot trends, it's better to find projects with real applications, so you have the confidence to hold.

Hmm, that's more like it. Otherwise, I would have locked myself into some useless contract again.
