Reasons for memory price increase: Someone used nonexistent money to purchase a large amount of memory that has not yet been produced, planning to install it on a GPU that has not yet been manufactured, then place it into a data center that has not yet been built, powered by infrastructure that may never exist, in order to meet a demand that does not actually exist, and to achieve profits that are mathematically impossible to realize.
