Technical Indicator Practical Matching and Insightful Analysis
Use MACD to identify trends, KDJ to catch turning points, RSI to judge strength or weakness, and Bollinger Bands to define ranges. Only trade when all four resonate; avoid trading when there is no resonance.
On the daily chart, MACD crosses above the zero line confirming a bullish trend; the middle band of Bollinger Bands stabilizes, defining a support zone; KDJ shows a low-level golden cross + RSI crosses above 30, triggering a triple signal to enter. Conversely, a death cross on MACD + upper Bollinger Band resistance + KDJ overbought death cross + RSI drops below 70 indicate a decisive exit.
In ranging markets, abandon MACD; use Bollinger Bands' upper and lower bands + RSI for high sell and low buy, operating inversely when touching the bands; in trending markets, rely on MACD + Bollinger Band opening to hold the position, and exit midway if the trend changes.
Core rule: Indicators are tools, not prophets. Combine with volume to verify authenticity. Always prioritize stop-loss, and strictly control position sizes without greed.
