Technical Indicators Practical Matching and Insightful Analysis
Use MACD to identify trends, KDJ to catch turning points, RSI to judge strength or weakness, and Bollinger Bands to define ranges. Only act when all four resonate; avoid trading without resonance.
On the daily chart, a golden cross above the MACD zero line confirms a bullish trend; the middle band of the Bollinger Bands stabilizes, defining support zones; a low KDJ golden cross plus RSI crossing above 30 trigger a triple signal for entry. Conversely, a death cross on MACD plus Bollinger upper band resistance plus KDJ overbought death cross plus RSI dropping below 70 indicate a decisive exit.
In ranging markets, abandon MACD; use Bollinger Bands' upper and lower bands plus RSI for high and low buying opportunities; in trending markets, rely on MACD and Bollinger Band widening to hold positions, and exit midway if the trend changes.
Core rule: Indicators are tools, not prophets. Combine with volume to verify authenticity, and always prioritize stop-loss.
