Core Challenges Explanation Results
Value Support What problem does your coin solve? What is its practical use? Is it for governance, paying transaction fees, or representing certain rights? A coin without a value anchor is purely air. More than 90% of coins disappear due to being useless.
Ecology and Liquidity After issuing a token, it needs to be listed on exchanges for people to trade. However, the threshold for being listed on mainstream exchanges (such as Binance, OKX, etc.) is extremely high, requiring project audits and the payment of large listing fees. Even when creating a liquidity pool on decentralized exchanges, you need to inject a large amount of your own funds to provide liquidity; otherwise, trading cannot occur. A lack of liquidity makes the token price easy to manipulate or drive it to zero.
Community and Consensus How to attract users, developers, and investors, and make them believe in your project vision? This requires strong community operation, marketing, and continuous narrative capabilities. Without community consensus, a project has no vitality.
Security and Compliance Are there vulnerabilities in smart contracts? (There have been multiple historical incidents where hackers stole hundreds of millions of dollars) Does the project comply with the laws and regulations of the country it is located in? (Facing a high risk of being sanctioned by regulatory authorities) A single vulnerability or a regulatory fine is enough to bring a project to its demise.
