The contract was set with an 18.0111 stop loss, but the system automatically canceled my stop loss point. Why did it forcibly close my position at 17.7199? Is this a scam? I've asked customer service for so long... no solution... Damn it, is this spot trading? The gap between spot and contract is so big, and the fees are high for just 1 hour... Now it's outright robbery. The price didn't even hit the stop loss, and my position was liquidated directly. I was just about to close part of my position and widen the liquidation price... but the data disappeared. Damn it.

Don't you ever check the funding rate? Take a break every hour.

There has been no follow-up after contacting customer service.

I got liquidated at 19.24, and I was liquidated at 18.6. It was worse than you. When I was supposed to stop loss, it just disappeared.

The funding rate is high, so your Close Position price will be lower.
