1. Acquisition of ADEN Exchange
ADEN, the decentralized exchange (DEX) created by Bugscoin founder Jo In-beom, has been acquired by Gate.io.
The deal is valued at approximately 100 billion KRW (around $71.43 million USDT, based on 1 USD = 1 USDT = 1,400 KRW), though the exact amount has not been publicly disclosed.

2. Bugscoin Token Burn
A total of 1.4 billion BUGS tokens (approximately $7.1 million USD)—including the team’s holdings and buyback supply—are scheduled to be burned, representing about 12% of the total circulating supply.

3. New ADEN Token TGE Under Review
A Token Generation Event (TGE) for a new ADEN exchange token is currently under review.
This plan aims to merge the Bugscoin referral ecosystem with the ADEN exchange ecosystem, and Jo In-beom explicitly stated that the structure is similar to the previous merger and token swap between ASTER and APX.

Bugscoin has undergone multiple token burns, reducing its total supply to 30 billion.
