Recently, the cryptocurrency market has experienced a significant fluctuation, comparable to the historical events of 3.12 and 5.19. This adjustment has had a particularly noticeable impact on alts.
As an investor, I personally experienced this market fluctuation. First of all, I learned about spot lending last year, and I participated in the circulation loan of USDe-USDT. When I woke up, the spot was gone, which was equivalent to a liquidation, and the loss was self-evident.
Secondly, after experiencing 21 years, mainstream coins rose and then the alts followed. I bought a lot of small coins that showed bullish trends on the daily chart when Bitcoin surged. Last December, the alts had an explosive rise, and I made a profit on all of them, but I didn't sell. This year has seen continuous declines, and I've nearly lost 90% on each of them, so I chose to hold on. Now, many have died or been cut down, leaving very little. My spot position has almost nothing left in losses. However, I have been using contract trading on alts, and recently I have stopped losses, totaling losses of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Third, the long grid trading robot I set up encountered a liquidation of 600,000 dollars. This robot has been running for several months and has been performing steadily. However, this time the price crash exceeded expectations and broke through the 60% stop-loss line I set.
Reflecting on this year's investment experiences, I have indeed encountered numerous setbacks: Cetus was hacked, XPL cross-exchange arbitrage failed, grid trading faced liquidation, funds were taken away by scammers in the primary market, and this time the spot circular loan nearly caused significant losses. Waking up in the morning to see account losses of hundreds of thousands of dollars was truly shocking. This once again proves that the Crypto Assets market is full of various unpredictable risks.
This experience reminds us that we need to be more cautious when investing in the Crypto Assets market, manage risks well, avoid excessive leverage, and always pay attention to market trends. Although opportunities and risks coexist, protecting the safety of funds is always the top priority. I hope for a good start ahead #CoinDesk9月Gate战绩来袭 .
