"Classic Trading Volume Mnemonic"

Buy horizontal, buy pits, do not buy vertical; the selling point is where it is bustling.
Continuous small rises indicate a true rise, while continuous large rises suggest it's time to exit.
A sudden drop with no volume is intimidation; a gradual drop with increased volume means to withdraw quickly.
A significant rise requires a pullback; avoid digging deep pits and making large purchases.
