1. The spot market has shown a noticeable CVD divergence for the first time since the rise began, indicating that the market makers are no longer raising prices through chip squeezing.
2. After breaking through the POC, a very obvious handover structure was formed. During this period, if you look at the smaller time frames, there were several instances of distribution behavior (market makers eating orders). At this point, I started to feel something was off and began accumulating positions. This kind of structure is one that traders often like to see before a breakout. If you switch to the 5-minute time frame, it will be clearer.
3. A false breakout performed the last liquidity harvesting, then it tested the poc auction rejection, and continued downward.
4. Draw a Fibonacci retracement from the high point to the starting point. You will know that around 0.0019 and 0.0015 is a potential support level, choose to reduce your position.
5. No matter whether you are going long or short, remember that your opponent is always the dealer, and you must catch their traces.
