#基础 Position Management
The dynamics come from another account of mine, but I can't even remember it myself, so let's review it again: #WCTC S7 报名开启 #BTC 能否突破90k? #SOL 质押市值超越 ETH
Personal opinions may not be professional enough, please correct me if there are any mistakes.
Talk about position, especially for beginners who don’t understand how to calculate 1% of the position.
Get straight to the point.
——————————————————
If you have a capital of 1000U and open a 100X Position,
So a 1% Position is 10U, corresponding to a contract of 100x which is 1000U.
Open ETH position 0.5
Open BTC Bitcoin 0.01 Position
Increasing the position to 2% means 20U, which corresponds to a contract of 100X, totaling 2000U.
Add position 1:1 0.5 ETH Total position 1 ETH
Add Position 1:1 0.01 BTC Total Position 0.02 BTC
———————————————————
Similarly, you have a principal of 5000U with 100X leverage.
So a 1% Position is 50U, corresponding to a contract of 100x which is 5000U.
Open ETH 2.5 initial Position, Open BTC 0.05
Adding to the position can reach 2% position, which is 100U. The corresponding contract at 100X is 10000U.
Increase position 1:1 2.5 Ether Total position 5 Ether
Add position 1:1 0.05 BTC Total position 0.1 BTC
—————————————————
Similarly, you have a principal of 10,000 U with 100X leverage.
So 1% of the Position is 100U, corresponding to a contract of 100x which is 10000U.
Open ETH position 5 units, open BTC position 0.1 units.
Increasing the position to 2% means 200U, corresponding to a contract of 100X, which is 20000U.
Increase position 1:1 5 Ether Total position 10 Ether
Add position 1:1 0.1 Bitcoin Total position 0.2 Bitcoin
——————————————————
Similarly, you have a principal of 100,000 U with 100X leverage.
So 1% of the Position is 1000U, which corresponds to a contract of 100x, that is 100000U.
Open ETH position with 50 contracts, open BTC position with 1 contract.
Increasing the position to 2% means 2000U, which corresponds to a contract of 100X, totaling 200000U.
Increase position 1:1 50 Ether Total position 100 Ether
Add position 1:1 1 big coin Total position 2 big coins
———————————————————
Similarly, you have a principal of 1,000,000 U to open a 100X leverage.
So 1% of the Position is 10,000 U, corresponding to the contract at 100x, which is 100,000 U.
Open ETH position of 500, open BTC position of 10.
Increasing the position can reach 2% position, which is 20000U. Corresponding contract at 100X is 2000000U.
Add position 1:1 500 Ether Total position 1000 Ether
Increase position 1:1 10 large cakes Total position 20 large cakes
———————————————————
According to this position management, I was really too aggressive, too anxious, and I lost too much of my capital!
Remember! A maximum position of 2%!
I personally think that the position can be increased a maximum of two times to 3%, and it cannot be more than that.
Unless you want to exit quickly, get liquidated quickly!
When encountering some uncontrollable market conditions, you still need to reduce your Position!
The position is averaged down at 1:1, but it can also be 1:2, depending on your own preference.
Strictly follow this position management to open a position. How could it be liquidated!? It's very difficult.
Even if the losses are very small, the mindset in trading won't fluctuate too much!
Remember, contracts are always about making small profits from large investments, not about risking small amounts for large gains!
