U.S. Prosecutors: SBF's Reconsideration Request Should Be Denied, Failing to Prove Unfairness in Conviction

Gate News Report, March 12 — According to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors stated that the request for reconsideration by FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) should be denied because he failed to prove that his conviction was unjust. SBF is currently serving a 25-year sentence after the jury found him guilty of fraud and conspiracy in connection with the collapse of the FTX cryptocurrency trading platform in 2023.
