March 10 News, according to technology media Wired, Nvidia is planning to launch an open-source AI agent platform called NemoClaw, aimed at helping enterprises build intelligent agent systems capable of performing complex tasks. The product is expected to be announced around the company’s annual developer conference, marking an important step in expanding its AI software ecosystem.
Sources reveal that Nvidia has recently begun introducing this platform to several enterprise software companies and exploring potential collaborations, including Salesforce, Cisco, Google, Adobe, and CrowdStrike. It is not yet confirmed whether formal partnership agreements have been signed, and none of the companies have publicly responded to the news.
Reports indicate that the NemoClaw platform will be released as open source, allowing enterprise users to use the system for free and gain early access to technology by participating in development projects. The core goal of the platform is to enable companies to deploy AI agents that automatically perform multi-step workflows for employees, such as data processing, task scheduling, and business analysis.
Security and privacy features will also be key components of NemoClaw. Insiders say the system will include enterprise-grade security tools to reduce potential risks associated with AI agents in real-world applications. Notably, the platform does not require running on Nvidia chips; companies using other hardware environments can also access the related tools.
In recent years, enterprise interest in AI agents has grown rapidly. Unlike traditional large language models, these systems can reason, plan, and execute continuous tasks, making them an important development in enterprise automation. To support this trend, Nvidia has launched several foundational models, including Nemotron and Cosmos, and continues to improve its Nvidia NeMo platform, which manages the full lifecycle of AI agents from data preparation and model customization to monitoring and optimization.
Nvidia’s strategy is also influenced by the rapid popularity of open-source AI agent tools. For example, the open-source project OpenClaw gained quick popularity earlier this year and was acquired by OpenAI. However, some experts point out that such tools still face significant challenges in security controls, especially when deployed in enterprise environments requiring stricter safeguards.
Currently, Nvidia is preparing for its annual developer conference, Nvidia GTC, in San Jose, USA. The market widely expects the company to announce a new AI product roadmap, with the AI agent platform potentially being one of the highlights.
