CEX Co-CEO Helen Liu will step down on April 30 and begin her entrepreneurial venture.

Gate News: On March 7, a certain CEX announced that Co-CEO Helen Liu will step down on April 30, 2026, to pursue personal entrepreneurship. Helen Liu joined the exchange in 2020 and has served as Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Marketing, Chief of Staff, and COO, before being promoted to Co-CEO in 2025. During her five years in the role, she was deeply involved in the company’s global expansion, helping the platform grow into a digital asset trading platform covering 181 countries and regions with over 82 million users. Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of the exchange, stated that the company will continue to advance its global business under the current leadership team.
