Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced the 2026 program plan for the Advanced Training Program under the National Professional and Technical Talent Knowledge Update Program. The training program titled “Practice and Exploration of Artificial Intelligence and New Industrialization,” applied for by Huayi Group Management Training Institute (Shanghai Chemical Industry Vocational Training Center), was successfully selected, and this is the first time the Group has been approved for a training program at this level under the program plan.

The Advanced Training Program of the National Professional and Technical Talent Knowledge Update Program is a national continuing education program at the highest level for professional and technical talents, hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and supported by special central government funding.
