ME News Report, April 2 (UTC+8), the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced that it has reached a settlement with former FTX engineering executive Nishad Singh regarding the FTX collapse incident. According to the settlement agreement, Singh must return $3.7 million in illicit gains, is prohibited from trading for five years, and is barred from registering with the CFTC for eight years.
