Wine-yu meat 12g, lotus seed 15g, golden myrtle berry 15g, euryale seed 12g, sand ginseng seed 15g, cistanche 10g, schisandra 12g, cynomorium 15g, oyster shell 20g, sweet flag 12g, polygala 6g, Poria 15g。
Syndrome differentiation with modifications

(1)For patients with kidney yang deficiency, add epimedium and morinda to warm and tonify kidney yang; for those with yin deficiency and exuberant fire, add anemarrhena and phellodendron to drain fire and strengthen yin.

(2)If there is stagnation of liver qi, you may add bupleurum and stir-fried tribulus to disperse the liver and regulate qi; if there is damp-heat in the liver channel, add gentian grass and gardenia to clear damp-heat from the liver channel.
