I just saw that an appeals court in Nevada has cleared the way for a temporary ban on Kalshi. Quite interesting considering all the recent debate around prediction markets. The appeals court basically gave the green light for the state to implement this measure temporarily. I don't know about you, but this seems to indicate that regulators are taking these markets more seriously. The appeals court also opens the door for other states to see this and consider their own restrictions. It's an important move in how this space is being regulated. Do you think this will affect other prediction markets or is it just an isolated case in Nevada?
