Guming releases 2025 performance: revenue of 12.9 billion yuan, with annual store GMV reaching 32.7 billion yuan

On March 25, Guming released its 2025 annual performance report, showing steady growth in the number of stores, performance per store, revenue, and profit.

The financial report shows that in 2025, Guming achieved total revenue of approximately 12.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.9%; adjusted profit (measured under non-International Financial Reporting Standards) of approximately 2.575 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66.9%.

In terms of stores, as of the end of 2025, the number of Guming stores reached 13,554, a net increase of 3,640 compared with the end of 2024. The store network covers more than 200 cities of different tiers across China. Stores in second-tier and below cities account for 82% of the total number of stores, and the proportion of stores in towns has grown to 44%.

At the same time, Guming’s average daily GMV per store reached approximately 7,800 yuan, and total store GMV for the full year reached 32.732 billion yuan, up 46.1% year on year. The number of registered members for Guming’s mini program has reached approximately 206 million, with quarterly active members of approximately 52 million.

In terms of products, Guming launched 106 new products throughout 2025. As of December 31, 2025, more than 12,000 Guming stores had coffee machines installed, and 27 new coffee beverages were launched during the year.

As of the end of 2025, Guming operated a total of 24 warehouses. The warehouses’ total gross floor area was approximately 258,000 square meters, including cold storage capacity of more than 70,000 cubic meters, which can support storage needs across multiple temperature zones. These warehouses can, as needed, provide cold-chain delivery services to approximately 98% of the stores every two days. In 2025, the warehouse-to-store delivery cost was less than 1% of the total GMV.
