Morning plan:

The key focus in the morning is to observe the strength of the repair in computing power. The performance of Dawi and Huasheng at the open will determine whether it’s a weak rebound or a reversal, so the morning surge is the point to cut losses.

There is a phenomenon to note:

Yesterday’s strongest fiber optics, today also weakened. Longfei Fiber Optic was directly sold off, indicating a decline. Today’s strength is in chemicals and copper foil, but the core stocks like Baichuan from the previous cycle in chemicals did not show strong signs, and chemical stocks like Meibang even hit a limit-up, which is an outrageous move! This suggests that chemical stocks are more about catching up on pre-holiday metals and price increase lines, so their highs will keep declining, and rotation will accelerate! At least for now, they seem unable to break out of the main trend, more on that later!

The computing power sector was heavily realized yesterday, and today it was again targeted during the opening auction. Wangsu Technology opened high but then declined, so the repair strength is poor. From a logical perspective, demand for computing power still exists.
