In the weeks following the latest donation, Cryptocom received favorable decisions from multiple U.S. regulatory agencies. Last week, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intervened in the lawsuit between Cryptocom and Nevada regarding sports prediction markets and filed a motion in support of the company; additionally, a U.S. Department of the Treasury agency conditionally approved Cryptocom’s national trust bank license application this Monday.
