According to Reuters, Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust plans to raise $1.75 billion in a U.S. IPO on May 4. The trust is offering 87.5 million shares at $20 each and will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BXDC. The company plans to use IPO proceeds to purchase newly built data centers as demand rises for facilities supporting AI and other digital services.
