Am 3. Juni gab die Far Eastern Group bekannt, dass ihr Anteilseigner Yixing Guoyuan Investment Partnership plant, seinen Bestand von nicht mehr als 51.045.200 Aktien, was 2,30 % des gesamten Aktienkapitals des Unternehmens entspricht, durch zentralisierte Gebote und Blockhandel vom 25. Juni 2025 bis zum 24. September 2025 aufgrund seines Eigenkapitalbedarfs zu reduzieren. Darunter wurden nicht mehr als 22.193.500 Aktien durch zentralisierte Gebote reduziert, was 1 % des gesamten Aktienkapitals des Unternehmens entspricht; Nicht mehr als 44,387 Millionen Aktien wurden durch den Blockhandel herabgesetzt, was 2% des gesamten Aktienkapitals des Unternehmens entspricht. Guoyuan Investment hält derzeit 7,28 % der Aktien, und der Ermäßigungspreis wird entsprechend dem Marktpreis festgelegt.
