An Iran war, the Trump family cashed in big, one sentence pumped and dumped both longs and shorts, retail investors got fleeced, but the A-shares market is spectacular, the real estate stocks I bought before the new year are doing well 😊😊, you really have to follow national policy, I'm still relatively bullish on real estate's future, when the country says "housing for living, not speculation" you should sell, when the government starts supporting real estate again, you should buy in, recently picked up two low-priced properties, collecting rent as a DCA isn't bad either, maybe it won't surge fast, but real estate has likely hit rock bottom.

Now the crypto space is just left with broke guys holding a few hundred or thousand bucks dreaming of getting rich, only to get completely cleaned out, haha, watching a bunch of contract traders blow up their positions is so damn satisfying, as long as the contract dogs don't die, there won't be another systematic bull market in crypto.
