據 FedEx 官方新聞稿及 Hedera 官方部落格，FedEx 於 2 月 13 日正式加入 Hedera 理事會。
FedEx 執行副總裁暨數位長（CDIO）Vishal Talwar 表示：
全球供應鏈的數位化轉型勢不可擋。隨著供應鏈日益走向數位原生，可信數據必須在多方之間共享與驗證，但又不能增加風險或集中控制權。Hedera 提供了一個中立、企業級的信任層，能夠在全球規模下實現驗證，同時讓 FedEx 這樣的企業在其上打造差異化能力。
作為理事會成員，FedEx 將在 Hedera 網路上運行節點，並與其他成員享有平等的投票權，直接參與 Hedera 軟體和服務的治理決策。
可信基礎設施 + 跨境商務降摩擦
FedEx 加入理事會後的具體方向包括：
一、**推進面向未來的全球供應鏈可信數位基礎設施，**讓全球貨運的生命周期能在數據的速度上運作，而非紙本或實體檢查站的速度。
二、**透過跨組織、跨司法管轄區的安全數據驗證，降低跨境商務摩擦。**這對每天處理超過 1,500 萬件包裹、業務遍及 220 多個國家和地區的 FedEx 而言至關重要。

Hedera 理事會自 2019 年成立以來，已從 6 家成員擴展至 31 家以上全球領先機構，橫跨 11 個產業。目前的成員包括 Google、IBM、Dell、德國電信、野村控股、波音、LG 電子、能源巨頭 Repsol 等，橫跨科技、金融、能源、電信等領域。
理事會採用許可式治理模式，最多可容納 39 個受信任的機構運行網路節點。每位成員持有平等投票權，負責批准核心更新、維護網路安全與完整性——形成一種「去中心化的企業董事會」模式。
消息公布後，HBAR 代幣上漲超過 7%，報約 0.097 美元，在整體市場低迷的背景下跑贏大盤。
