On March 19, AlphaTON Capital announced the acquisition of a 60% stake in gaming platform GAMEE for a maximum of $11 million, in a deal valuing the company at $18 million. The transaction will make AlphaTON responsible for GAMEE's day-to-day operations and establish a strategic alliance with Animoca Brands, which prohibits it from acquiring a controlling stake within two years.
