Withdrawal freeze should be after the UK sanctions information was released, and Chainalysis marked the addresses for AML compliance.

Basically, most larger CEXs and institutions handle deposits and withdrawals through Chainalysis, so in theory, this issue has nothing to do with the exchange you're receiving funds from.
If one exchange freezes, all exchanges will freeze.
The claim that Chainalysis misidentified the entity is being communicated with the other party, and this cannot be verified in the short term.
For users:
1) Wait for communication with Chainalysis to avoid additional trouble caused by freezing.
If you're really worried, there are two options:
2) Transfer on-chain, use cross-chain bridges, small exchanges, or protocol mixing.
This method essentially constitutes money laundering as well, but the risk of being classified as dirty money and having your amount flagged as such is very low.
3) If the amount is small and you're in a hurry, just withdraw and cash out.
