I’m criticizing it too, but criticism aside—
Once this rule comes out, it means that when it goes live, circulating supply will drop significantly, which is beneficial for pump-and-manipulation and control.
So at this point, going to buy before the order book or on the corresponding PM with the listed assets will most likely make money.
I saw the news last night and bought right away, and sure enough, it pumped a little while later.
