(NASDAQ:BETR) The 10% shareholder, Framework Ventures IV L.P., purchased 54,384 common shares on 10/04/2026. The price per share was $32.96. The total value of the transaction was $1,792,496.
Following the transaction, the number of shares directly held by Framework Ventures IV L.P. reached 1,006,696. These shares may also be held in trust by Framework Ventures IV GP LLC, Framework Ventures Management LLC, Vance Spencer, and Michael Ernest Anderson. The aforementioned parties deny beneficial ownership of the trust rights except to the extent of their financial interests.
In addition, Framework Labs, Inc. holds 247,450 shares. These shares may also be held in trust by Mr. Spencer and Mr. Anderson. Mr. Spencer also directly owns 121,150 shares of Better Home & Finance Holding Co.
Meanwhile, looking at the company’s recent other developments, Better Home & Finance Holding Company announced a pre-credit facility of $1.64 billion for the first quarter of 2026. This figure exceeded the previous guidance estimate of between $1.40 billion and $1.55 billion. The credit volume increased by 89% year over year. In March alone, $671 million in credit was extended.
