Domestic refined copper rod companies resume work; operating rate will rise to 70.46%

Domestic refined copper rod companies have basically resumed full operations, with this week’s start-up rate at 62.47%, a significant increase from the previous period. After the copper price correction, due to weakened substitution by recycled copper rods and increased downstream cable and enamel wire replenishment, orders have surged, and inventory destocking has accelerated. It is expected that next week’s start-up rate will further rise to 70.46%.(Shanghai Nonferrous Metals Network)
