Guanqun Company applied for a retrial of the second-instance judgment to the Supreme People’s Court, which has filed a case for review. Recently, the company received the Supreme People’s Court (2025) Supreme Court Civil Application No. 166 “Civil Ruling,” which rejected Guanqun Company’s application for retrial.
