Furui Co., Ltd. announced that the operating revenue for 2025 will be 5.21 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.55% year-on-year; net profit will be 428 million yuan, an increase of 23.16% year-on-year. The company’s board of directors approved the profit distribution plan: based on the number of shares eligible for distribution on the profit distribution registration date for 2025, a cash dividend of 3 yuan (tax included) will be paid for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with 0 bonus shares (tax included), and no capital increase through reserve funds.
