SenseTime Shadow Digital Human passes the first national standard compliance test in the virtual digital human field
ME News Report, April 10 (UTC+8), the national standard “General Technical Requirements for Customer Service Virtual Digital Humans in Information Technology” (GB/T 46483—2025) has been published and implemented. This is the first national standard in the field of virtual digital humans. SenseTime’s “Ruying Live Interactive Digital Human” product became the first product to pass the standard conformity test and received a certificate. The standard specifies the reference framework, functions, and performance requirements for customer service virtual digital human systems, including specific indicators such as a baseline of 2D/3D resolution, lip-sync accuracy of no less than 90%, gesture interaction success rate of no less than 80%, speech interaction success rate of no less than 85%, and emotional interaction success rate of no less than 80%. SenseTime’s Ruying product performs excellently in key metrics such as 2D realistic character image generation, speech synthesis, and endpoint detection. Currently, the product has been deployed in thousands of live broadcast rooms on Taobao, Meituan, and JD.com, serving numerous enterprises and organizations across industries such as finance, cultural tourism, education, and telecommunications.
