CryptoWorld News reports that, according to a tweet from Bloomberg, Hong Kong has issued the first stablecoin issuance license to the joint venture of HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank, allowing these two banks to become the first companies to issue cryptocurrencies pegged to the local currency.
