TravelSky: During the post-holiday Spring Festival travel period, the average ticket price for domestic flights is approximately 950 yuan, a month-on-month decrease of about 13%.

On February 25, according to data from TravelSky, the average price (excluding tax) of domestic flight tickets during the post-holiday Spring Festival travel period (February 24 to March 13) is about 950 yuan, down approximately 13% compared to the average price during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday. During the post-holiday Spring Festival travel period, the average ticket price from Beijing has decreased by about 30%; from Shanghai, about 35%; and from Guangzhou, about 31%. Ticket prices have dropped significantly after the holiday. The official direct sales platform of Civil Aviation Data shows that routes such as Beijing-Xi’an, Beijing-Qionghai, Beijing-Wuhan, Shanghai-Chongqing, Shanghai-Changsha, Shanghai-Beihai, Shanghai-Chengdu, Shanghai-Haikou, and Beijing-Sanya have tickets available for around 300 yuan. According to data from TravelSky, as of February 25, the number of domestic flight ticket bookings during the post-holiday Spring Festival travel period exceeded 18.4 million, slightly higher than the same period last year; bookings for entry and exit routes exceeded 3.7 million, an increase of about 9% compared to the same period last year.
