Core Advantages

Diverse Reward Mechanisms

The platform primarily offers on-chain token rewards, while also supporting non-on-chain rewards such as project whitelists and points. The distribution process is transparent, and results are verifiable.

Multi-Chain and Multi-Project Support

Supports multiple mainstream public chains and a variety of ecosystem projects, continuously introducing high-quality partners and innovative activities to provide users with richer, more diverse Web3 participation scenarios and reward opportunities.

Clear Process and Efficient Experience

Task status, completion progress, and reward results are all visualized, allowing users to track their participation in real time. The overall process is streamlined and clear, with high execution efficiency, significantly enhancing the user experience.

Continuously Updated Event Mechanisms

The platform consistently launches new tasks and incentive events, establishing a long-term and stable operational rhythm. This continuously delivers participation value and ecosystem incentives, enhancing user engagement and platform stickiness.

How to Participate

1.Connect Wallet
1) After entering the Gate Web3 BountyDrop webpage, click the [Connect Wallet] button in the top right corner.

2) Please select the Gate Wallet extension to connect. The web version currently only supports participation in BountyDrop using the Gate Wallet extension; other wallets are not supported at this time.

2.View Projects
1) In the “Ongoing” list, users can view available projects, including project name, reward amount, event period, and other key information. If using a private key wallet or participating in projects on specific blockchains, you can filter by chain to view the corresponding projects.

2) In the “Ended” list, users can view information about completed projects.

3.Complete Tasks
1) Click any task to enter the task details page and view specific information about that project’s tasks. All Gate Wallet users can participate in BountyDrop without the need for identity verification (KYC) or any additional fees.
Task types are mainly divided into two categories: on-chain tasks and off-chain tasks.
On-chain tasks: Require interaction with blockchain applications using Gate Wallet, such as decentralized exchange (DEX) trading, DeFi protocol operations, etc.
Off-chain tasks: Such as following, liking, or reposting X (formerly Twitter) content, joining Telegram or Discord groups, and inviting friends to participate.

2) Once a task is successfully completed, the task status will update to “Completed”.

4.View Reward Center
Users can view all participated projects and corresponding reward amounts in the Reward Center, as well as project status, including pending draw, won, and not won.

Additional Notes

  1. All tasks must be verified during the event period by clicking “Verify” to count as valid participation. Any tasks not verified during the event period will be considered forfeited.
  2. Rewards can only be claimed once. If the same user participates with multiple wallet addresses, rewards will be given to the wallet address eligible for the highest reward.
  3. To ensure fairness, all reward recipients will undergo platform review to prevent Sybil attacks. If multiple addresses from the same device participate, rewards will be randomly given to one eligible address.
  4. Gate Web3 reserves the final right to interpret this event. Any participant found engaging in dishonesty or cheating will be disqualified from receiving rewards.

Risk Warning

  • Projects in BountyDrop are blockchain startups that are still in the early stages. These projects may carry significant risks in terms of operation, technology, and regulation.
  • Understanding blockchain startups and assessing their inherent risks requires advanced technical and financial knowledge.
  • The project you participate in may show drastic volatility, and its price may increase or decrease significantly due to various factors, including technology, regulation, and market conditions.
  • There is a possibility that you may not be able to fully or partially withdraw from a project due to issues related to the underlying technology or the Gate platform.
  • Cryptocurrency projects carry high risk, and the price is highly volatile. The project does not provide any guarantees, price assurances, or break-even guarantees. Please ensure you fully understand and are capable of bearing the risks before participating. The platform strongly warns of the risks and cannot assume responsibility for compensating any investment actions.

OPN Tokenomics Explained: Incentives, Value Capture and Data Market Design

OPN is the core token within the Opinion Labs ecosystem, designed to coordinate incentives and value distribution across on-chain prediction markets and real-world data systems. Its tokenomics model captures value during the transformation of real-world information into tradable assets by rewarding data providers, prediction participants, and validation nodes. At its core, OPN leverages supply and demand dynamics alongside market-driven incentives to improve data quality, enhance market liquidity, and support the efficient operation of the entire data assetization network.

How Does Opinion Work? On-Chain Prediction Markets and Real-World Data Integration Explained

Opinion uses Oracles and blockchain infrastructure to convert news, macroeconomic data, and event outcomes into verifiable data streams, which are then standardized into tradable market contracts. Its core mechanisms include data collection, validation, on-chain submission, and result settlement, enabling users to predict and trade around real-world events. The key value of this system lies in transforming fragmented and unstructured information into priceable, composable on-chain assets, thereby improving transparency and efficiency in information markets.

What Are the Core Components of the VeChain Ecosystem? Understanding ToolChain and Enterprise Applications

The VeChain ecosystem is made up of the VeChainThor blockchain network, the VET and VTHO dual token mechanism, the ToolChain enterprise service platform, and a broader partner ecosystem. It is designed to provide scalable blockchain infrastructure for enterprises. Through these core modules, VeChain can support a wide range of enterprise use cases, including product tracking, data management, anti counterfeiting verification, and sustainability initiatives.

What Is VeChain’s PoA Consensus Mechanism? How Authority Masternodes Maintain the Network

VeChain’s PoA, or Proof of Authority, consensus mechanism is a blockchain operating model in which authorized nodes validate transactions and produce blocks. Unlike PoW or PoS, PoA relies on identity verified Authority Masternode nodes to maintain the network, improving transaction processing efficiency while reducing energy consumption. This mechanism allows VeChain to provide more stable performance and lower transaction costs for supply chain management and enterprise applications. By limiting the number of block producing nodes and introducing identity verification, VeChain balances efficiency with trust, giving enterprises scalable blockchain infrastructure.

What Is GRT Used For? Understanding Graph Tokenomics and Value Drivers

GRT is the native utility token of The Graph network. It is mainly used to pay on-chain data query fees, support Indexer node staking, and participate in protocol governance. As the core incentive tool of a decentralized data indexing protocol, GRT’s value mainly comes from growth in on-chain data query demand, increased node staking demand, and the expansion of The Graph ecosystem.

The Graph vs Chainlink: Key Differences Between Two Major Web3 Infrastructure Protocols

The Graph and Chainlink are both Web3 infrastructure protocols, but they play different roles. The Graph focuses on blockchain data indexing and querying, providing efficient data access services for DeFi, NFT, and DAO applications. Chainlink, by contrast, provides decentralized oracle services that transmit off-chain data into smart contracts. In simple terms, The Graph is responsible for “reading on-chain data,” while Chainlink is responsible for “bringing in off-chain data.” Together, they form an important part of Web3 data infrastructure, and the value logic of their tokens, GRT and LINK, depends respectively on demand for data queries and demand for oracle calls.
