Wang Hao emphasized the need to use financial “living water” to nurture the construction of innovative Zhejiang, focusing on improving the funding chain around the innovation chain, increasing financial support for technological innovation, better leveraging the “4+1” special funds and social security science and technology innovation funds, attracting and cultivating more patient capital and long-term capital, promoting high-quality financial resources to tilt towards sci-tech innovative enterprises, and encouraging more financial “blood” to flow to small and medium-sized tech companies, especially startup tech enterprises.
